We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-thinking Senior Manager for our Corporate Planning team. The Senior Manager, Corporate Planning, will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s strategic direction and driving growth through effective planning and execution. This position requires a strong blend of strategic acumen, financial expertise, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Lead the development and implementation of the corporate strategic plan in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify long-term growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
    • Assess risks and opportunities and make recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.
  2. Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial models, to support strategic decision-making.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct ROI analysis for potential projects and initiatives.
    • Monitor financial performance against strategic objectives and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
    • Assess market opportunities and threats to inform strategic decisions and market entry strategies.
  4. Performance Metrics and KPIs:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and progress of strategic initiatives.
    • Establish a system for tracking and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.
    • Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing strategic initiatives.
  6. Scenario Planning:
    • Develop and maintain scenario planning models to assess potential future outcomes and their impact on the organization.
    • Prepare contingency plans to address various scenarios and market conditions.
  7. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of corporate planning professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Manage workload distribution, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
  8. Communication and Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership and board members to communicate strategic plans and progress.
    • Ensure clear and transparent communication of corporate strategy throughout the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate planning, strategic analysis, and financial management.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
